1. What does a makeover photoshoot entail?

If you're not sure what to expect from a session with us, check out our demo video's on this site. We are experts in makeover and photography and will ensure you look and feel fantastic, first in person with a makeover, then on set with our variety of fashion and fun backgrounds and talented photographers.

 
 

2. Can I come with a friend/in a group?

Yes, it's more fun that way! Group bookings are limited to three people, provided each person submits a valid voucher. The Family Photoshoot is valid for up to 4 people.

 
 

3. How long will my Makeover Photoshoot last?

You'll be at our studio for up to 4 hours, depending on the type of makeover photoshoot you choose. Refreshments are available throughout your session to keep you hydrated but bring some snacks if you think you'll get hungry. Parents are advised to bring toys and snacks for young children to keep them occupied during waiting periods.

 
 

4. What must I bring?

Ideas! If there is any particular look or type of photos you would like to create, bring a magazine clipping or just your ideas and we will do our best to create your desired look! If you don't know, that's ok too – we're the experts after all and will guide you through your session, making sure you look and feel fantastic!

Bring up to 4 outfit changes, your voucher to validate your session and any props or accessories you'd like to use during your photoshoot. Check out our gallery for ideas on posing and props!

 
 

5. Is there an age restriction?

No, we have packages available for all ages and types. However, under 18's must be accompanied by a legal/court-appointed guardian.

 
 

6. Why do I have to pay a booking deposit?

Due to the nature and length of a makeover photoshoot session with us, we've had to implement a booking deposit of £25 to secure appointments. You may choose to redeem this deposit on product that you purchase on the day of your session, but if not, your deposit will be refunded to you within 7 working days of your session.

 
 

7. How do I book?

Call our Booking Office on 0844 800 8884 any day of the week between 8:30am and 8:30pm.

 
 

8. I can't make my appointment, how can I change or cancel it?

If you wish to reschedule your booking more than 72 hours before your appointment, we will try our best to accommodate you. In this case, a £5 administration fee will apply. If you wish to reschedule your booking within 72 hours of your appointment, you may be required to forfeit your booking deposit to cover any losses incurred by us. In addition, if you wish to cancel your booking entirely, you may be required to forfeit your booking deposit to cover any losses incurred by us.

 
 

9. What is Rollover?

Rollover is payment in advance for images, that you pay when booking your session, and entitles you to half price images. For example, if you pay £50 Rollover, you will be entitled to two 7x5 prints on the day of your session (normal price £50 each).

 
 

10. How long does delivery of prints take?

Every single image processed by us undergoes basic retouching to ensure there are no marks on your prints, no cables across the floor and so on. Although we are always striving to reduce delivery times, it may take up to 8 weeks for delivery of your prints. We do offer Express delivery services at an additional cost.

 
 

11. I have a complaint, who do I contact?

We value all client feedback and are consistently trying to improve our services. Our Customer Services Department is available between 7am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday and from 8am to 4pm on Saturdays. We will do everything we can to respond to your concerns within one working day, however, this cannot be guaranteed, especially at weekends.

 
 

12. Are there any health risks to having a makeover photoshoot?

A lot of our clients experience feelings of gorgeousness after a makeover and some even shed a tear when viewing their fantastic photos.

On a more serious note, if you have any aversion to flash photography, or any history of medical problems, such as skin allergy or epilepsy, that may affect the success of your Makeover Photoshoot at any point, we request that you let us know in advance.

 
 

13. Are the studios suitable for young children?

Our studios are lively and always buzzing with activity and we will always do our best to accommodate every one of our clients.

However, we do advise that mums with young active children bring some snacks and toys for their kids as there may be some waiting in between the various elements of your session.
